The difference

Six vendors, or one partner.

The usual path means a court dealer, a general contractor, an architect, a branding shop, a software vendor and a staffing agency. Each one answers for their piece. None of them answers for your opening day. We sign for the whole thing.

A court vendor gives you
  • Courts
  • An installation date
  • A warranty
  • A phone number
AMET gives you
  • Feasibility study for your specific site
  • Business planning and financial modeling
  • Brand guidance and positioning
  • Club design options
  • Construction and court installation
  • Staffing and programming
  • Grand opening

Ongoing

A commercial facility typically runs 18–30 months from first call to opening day. Permitting is the biggest variable, and it changes from one jurisdiction to the next. We'll give you a real read on yours during feasibility.

Questions

The things everyone asks.

A court itself runs $45,000–$75,000 including shipping and handling, depending on the manufacturer and specification. Installation adds roughly $15,000–$20,000 per court, and the concrete pour another $25,000–$35,000. Structure and site work sit above that again. Court pricing does come down with volume, so an order above four courts is priced better than a one-off. The estimator puts a range around your specific project.
A regulation padel court is 20m × 10m, plus run-off and a minimum clear height for indoor play. We confirm exact requirements against your site during feasibility.
Typically 18–30 months from first call to opening day for a commercial facility. Permitting, engineering and site access alone can run three to nine months, and a full buildout can take 18 months or more. Residential is considerably faster. Anyone quoting you six months hasn't accounted for your jurisdiction.
It's the single biggest decision in the model. A covered facility costs substantially more to build, but it operates close to year-round, so over a full cycle it often wins on cumulative return. Whether that holds for you comes down to your site and your climate, which is exactly what feasibility answers.
Yes. We've completed projects in Texas, Florida, Arizona and Louisiana, and we take work nationwide.
Yes. Plenty of clients bring us in for one piece: feasibility only, court supply only, or operations support for a club that's already running.
Often, yes. We'll review where the project stands and tell you honestly what can still be changed and what's already locked in.
